Honda S2000
This sports car was launched in April 1999. Honda S2000 was produced and created to celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary. It is a roadster car manufactured by the Japanese automaker of Honda Motor Company. This car attended or had been a model on Tokyo Motor Show last 1995 and follows to be launched in worlds market in 1999. The engine displacement of this car is 2L that carries the S500, S600, and S800 roadsters of the 1960’s, because of the engine displacement, they call this car as S2000.
Honda S2000 was introduced 1999 for the upcoming 2000 model year and was given the chassis of designation of AP1. The engine is mated to a six-speed manual transmission and Torsen limited slip differential. This model made the Honda Company achieve the claimed “top level performance in world” for a 2 liter unsurprisingly aspirated engine.
It featured a front engine, rear-wheel drive layout with power being delivered by a 1,997 cc (122 cu in) F20C inline 4 cylinder DOHC-VTEC engine producing from 240 hp (179 kW) to 250 PS (184 kW), and from 153 ft·lbf (207 N·m) to 22.2 kg·m (218 N·m) of torque depending on the target market.
